Nusa Tenggara Timur, Gorontalo, dan Bangka Belitung: Sebuah Potret Deskriptif
This paper is an attempt to provide an overview about the socio-economic development and the input development in the three pilot provinces, namely Nusa southeastern PGSP East, Gorontalo, Pacific Islands and the Islands. PGSP or Provincial Governance Strengthening Program is a program initiated by UNDP together with National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) and the Ministry of the Interior through the support Decentralization Support Facility (DSF). The review concludes that there are two core issues in the current implementation of decentralization. The first issue is the intergovernmental concerning coordination of the implementation issues of governance, particularly between the provincial and district towns. The second is the question of governance so that questions about how the current condition of the province and what is being done to fix the problems could be an important record
